Got in touch with support, and the rep was super friendly, and made sure that the issue with the Captions for Local Channels in the Boston Area will be addressed. The Customer Service was friendly, but it seems they are lacking resources, as well as are slow to take the responsibility for mishaps. All in all, the Agent took care of what I needed, but the fact that this process cut into about an hour of my day, and was based off of THEIR discrepencies was a headache. Their system somehow kept me on ET when I am out West and logged me 2 hours ahead of what I actually did. Had to check my browser history to see when I cancelled, which was a whole 7 hours before the cut off line, and the timestamp they had logged me as cancelled would've been 4 hours ahead of the cut off. Apparently, regardless of timezone, they consider ET the law at Fubo. He also said that my cancellation time stamp was after the cancel time stamp limit. The agent was helpful and we were able to resolve the charged funds, but was surprised that the Agent had to go through hundreds of emails before finding mine, and that no one had seen/touched it. Got on today and had a Live Chat with an Agent and explained the situation. In the email, I provided screenshots of the time and date I was sent to cancel by, what time I cancelled and requested someone reach out to me if needed about refunding the amount that had been taken out early by Fubo on my credit card. No live Agents were online at the time, so email was my only option.

At that time I sent an Email correspondence via Fubo's "Contact Us" feature on their website after cancelling. I like to squeeze as much of a service's worth out of a trial before I cancel and cancelled the night before the cancel day, well ahead of the cancel deadline. Thought it was weird and checked the email again to make sure I didn't mix up dates, and confirmed that I had the right dates. The night before the cancel date came and I received a notification from my Credit Card company that FuboTV had charged my card for the full subscription amount. I was emailed confirmation upon sign-up stating that I had until 4:15am on a certain day to cancel without being charged. I had a trial subscription that went for a week. Great streaming, a sour experience, needs CS improvement
